Peter Brubaker founded Hammer Creek Enterprises, LLC in 2005. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm having served as President and CEO of Susquehanna Media Co. from 1995 until 2005. Under his supervision Susquehanna Media expanded to be the nation's 11th largest radio broadcaster and the 17th largest cable television operator.
From 1980 until 1994 Peter served as Vice President/Finance and CFO of Susquehanna Media's parent company, the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. During his 28 years with Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff consolidated sales grew from approximately $35 million to over $500 million.
Peter currently serves as a Director of Snyder's of Hanover, Inc. and of FEC Technologies, Inc. Peter also serves as Vice Chairman of the York County Economic Development Corp., and on the boards of the Strand Capitol PAC, PA Partnerships for Children and the Governor’s Early Learning Investment Commission. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and a MBA from Harvard Business School .

Patrick brings over 13 years of corporate finance and private equity experience to Hammer Creek, with most of this time spent advising small to mid-sized companies. From 2000 to 2007 Patrick was a Partner at Alta Communications, a Boston-based leveraged buyout firm. During this time Patrick personally invested $60 million in five companies, and served in a board capacity for a total of 14 portfolio companies.
Patrick currently serves as a Director of FEC Technologies, Inc. and on the advisory board for RGS Associates, Inc. He also serves on the finance committees of Historic York and the York County Community Foundation. Patrick holds a BA degree in Economics and English from Amherst College and received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
